- Professional Plan cancellations within 48 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund

2. Pay-Per-Service Refunds
- Resume Analysis: Refundable within 24 hours if analysis fails to generate
- Learning Path: Refundable if service is not delivered within 48 hours
- No refunds for successfully delivered analyses or learning paths
3. bKash Payment Refunds
- Refunds are processed back to the original bKash account
- Processing time: 7-10 business days
- Transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable
- Failed/declined transactions are automatically reversed
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Services already delivered and accessed
- Account termination due to policy violations
- Subscription cancellations after 48 hours
- Misuse of AI analysis services

- Select the transaction
- Click "Request Refund"
- Fill out the refund reason form
- Submit supporting documentation if required
