3. bKash Payment Refunds

  • Refunds are processed back to the original bKash account
  • Processing time: 7-10 business days
  • Transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable
  • Failed/declined transactions are automatically reversed

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Services already delivered and accessed
  • Account termination due to policy violations
  • Subscription cancellations after 48 hours
